Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to forecast industry landscapes for 2026
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, climate tech integration)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive and board audiences
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with advanced analytics tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from futurists.org)
