Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics) and translate into business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and executive teams
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer breakthrough solutions
- Design and validate future-state user experiences through immersive prototyping and behavioral testing
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling and visualization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing stakeholder ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
