Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Vision, aligning technological roadmaps with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, AR/VR, and quantum domains
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present futuristic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of 2026-ready solutions
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) or equivalent
