Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic patterns through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients adapting to post-2025 market dynamics
- Produce quarterly trend reports synthesizing global data from 15+ industry verticals
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models against climate and AI disruptions
- Design innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption in traditional industries
- Build cross-functional coalitions between R&D, marketing, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership content published in top-tier business journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method) and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
- Published research on societal impacts of technological adoption (2020-2025)
