Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience building cross-functional innovation frameworks
