Responsibilities
- Anticipate global socioeconomic, technological, and environmental shifts through advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market entry, product innovation, and competitive positioning
- Present futures insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into organizational planning
- Curate and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases using AI-powered analytics
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive forces and future-proofing strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking frameworks and critical analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation with futures methodology experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, AI forecasting)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences across diverse industries
- Portfolio demonstrating futures projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) highly valued
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English preferred
