Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to exponential technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof business models
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging tech implications (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen products and services with 3-5 year horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators to forecast industry tipping points
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend-forecasting impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
- Experience designing and executing multi-year strategic transformation initiatives
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and horizon scanning platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight.org)
