Responsibilities
- Map emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market impacts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for future disruptions and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on next-gen market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing product concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Design resilience strategies against technological black swan events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Theory, or related field with 5+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite on future-vision execution
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
