Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging global trends
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio for future-proof initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published research on 2020s technological convergence
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals alignment
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-proof solutions
