Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 10-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking across departments
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptor signals
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: Generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
