Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital ecosystems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to incubate futuristic concepts with engineering, design, and business teams
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor global policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or innovation strategy
