As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, market expansion strategies, and organizational resilience planning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive threats and opportunities
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
