Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused strategic roadmaps using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Conduct deep-dive trend analysis across biotech, climate resilience, and decentralized systems
- Design ethical frameworks for AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Present future-focused strategies to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and build our proprietary foresight methodology
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototyping next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AGI, climate tech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics (Harvard/MIT/Berkeley preferred)
- Mastery of foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and executive communication
- Portfolio showcasing future-proofed business transformations
