Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging trends (e.g., AGI, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Author strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500/tech startup experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched since 2020
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Fluency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE analysis)
