Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future readiness and innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Monitor global policy and regulatory developments affecting future tech adoption
- Represent the company at future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, whitepapers)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
