Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological breakthroughs, and socio-economic indicators to identify strategic opportunities and threats for 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario planning models and risk mitigation strategies for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused priorities and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into product development pipelines

- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, industry disruptors, and academic thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business Analytics, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential across industries
