Responsibilities
- Conduct annual horizon scans across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with C-suite executivesProduce quantitative trend impact models using proprietary forecasting algorithms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-state prototypes
- Present trend briefings to investment committees for $500M+ portfolios
- Author quarterly 'State of 2026' industry reports
- Lead cross-cultural innovation sprints with international partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years applying scenario planning methodologies in corporate/consulting environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in systems thinking and causal layered analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Peak Cycle)
- Experience with quantum computing and neural network forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed commercial implementations
