Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 Technology Radar tracking 15+ emerging domains through quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and product teams
- Produce white papers and trend briefs published in industry journals and internal wikis
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Signal-to-Strategy™ methodology
- Present findings at global innovation forums with 500+ attendees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or innovation management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling tools
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification from APF (Association of Professional Futurists) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized foresight outputs for Fortune 500 clients
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
