Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend analysis frameworks for 2026+ technological, economic, and social shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing developments
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for high-impact future disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with future market demands
- Produce executive briefings and trend reports translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic positioning and adaptation effectiveness
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic frameworks beyond 2025
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
