Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with executive presence
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating past futurist projects or published future-focused research
