- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation initiatives aligned with future trajectories

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of forecasting technological/societal shifts (2018-2025 validation)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
