Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and innovation priorities
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive analytics on disruptive forces
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for breakthrough 2026-ready solutions
- Advise leadership on future-proofing business models, talent strategies, and ethical AI deployment
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and industry foresight conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic change modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state scenarios or trend forecasts
- Global perspective on cultural, economic, and geopolitical shifts
