Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026-2030 technology disruptions across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct foresight workshops and trend symposiums with global industry leaders
- Author white papers on emerging ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights at international tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate strategy or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or thought leadership
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder scenario planning workshops
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing initiatives
