Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform product development and corporate positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented business strategies
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on next-generation solutions for emerging markets
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a forward-thinking culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy domains
