Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight roles with Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published research on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals or TED Talks)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Track record of commercializing future-focused concepts
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
