Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework, identifying disruptive trends across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and socio-economic shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership, producing high-impact foresight reports with 5-year horizon forecasts
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with market opportunities and human-centric design
- Partner with R&D to accelerate development of exponential technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts for continuous intelligence gathering
- Translate foresight insights into product development priorities and investment opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (academic or industry)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system modeling and long-range strategic impact
- Experience with cross-cultural futurism and global trend analysis
