Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ scenario models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional strategy workshops to align stakeholders on future visions
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven trend analysis
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen market opportunities
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven experience advising Fortune 500 on transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
