Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global technological, economic, and social shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to guide R&D investment priorities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into organizational DNA
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate innovation ecosystems
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for board-level decision-making
- Identify and forge partnerships with emerging tech pioneers
- Champion ethical AI and sustainable development protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
