Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive forces and market inflection points
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 market projections
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
