Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adapting to post-2025 market realities
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Produce executive briefings on future-proofing organizational structures
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate DNA
- Author white papers on sustainable futures and circular economy models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis using Delphi method and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Published work in futurist journals or industry thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
