Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation pipelines and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author visionary thought leadership reports and scenario planning documents
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing strategies and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems
