As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll develop actionable frameworks for navigating technological disruption, identify transformative opportunities, and influence product roadmaps that will define the next generation of digital experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate future scenarios into tangible business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and societal impacts on digital transformation
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state possibilities
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Advise C-suite on strategic investments in future-focused R&D initiatives
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection techniques
