Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology forecasts using trend analysis, expert networks, and predictive modeling
- Architect strategic scenarios for quantum-AI convergence and ethical frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align breakthrough innovations with market readiness timelines
- Produce executive-grade trend briefings and disruption risk assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise C-suite on emerging technology investments and regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders across disciplines
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects with measurable impact
