Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal patterns through 2026
- Develop and present strategic frameworks to guide product innovation, market positioning, and organizational transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize R&D investments and incubate next-generation solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives for executive decision-making
- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies including scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops to align teams on future opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
