- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into decision-making
- Present trend insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Monitor global disruptors and emerging technologies with competitive impact analysis
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
