Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Vision Strategy roadmap through comprehensive trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen challenges (quantum computing integration, AI governance frameworks, neurotech interfaces)
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and external partners including Fortune 500 clients
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to shape emerging technology standards
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge knowledge in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in technology forecasting or human-machine interaction
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
