Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based models for market disruption and competitive positioning in 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management (e.g., CFrA)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy initiatives
