Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 innovation roadmap using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping solutions for emerging challenges in AI ethics, climate adaptation, and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging technology domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, corporate, and governmental innovation partners
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and competitive intelligence frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impact (e.g., AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven track record of launching exponential technologies to market
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight software platform (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scanalyse)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent (e.g., APF, CFS)
