Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, mobility, and digital ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test business resilience
- Author white papers on future-proofing organizations for the World Economic Forum
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit featuring quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Prototype exponential technologies (neural interfaces, synthetic biology) in our innovation lab
- Mentor a global network of futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy at Fortune 100 or leading VC-backed startups
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and their economic implications for 2026
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-impact projects implemented in the last 3 years
- Fluency in at least two languages with cross-cultural innovation experience
