- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in advanced horizon scanning methodologies
- Author white papers and industry thought leadership on post-2025 technological convergence
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 tech companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on future forecasting or technology ethics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP-EL, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with global scenario planning for geopolitical and technological disruption
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite audiences and international forums
