- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into tangible product development and investment strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent technical field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
