Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework
- Lead innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI ethics
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into roadmaps
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Organize and host quarterly FutureTech Summits with industry pioneers
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator fund for experimental projects
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of 3+ transformative innovation initiatives
