- Forecast and analyze emerging technology/social/economic trends impacting 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-10 year vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships and acquisition targets
- Design and implement foresight frameworks across R&D and product divisions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global forums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio of published forecasts)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
