- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into R&D and corporate planning
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future technologies
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting long-term innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
