Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product roadmaps and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce high-impact trend reports and foresight briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive opportunities through competitive intelligence and market gap analysis
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into prioritized R&D and investment strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or futurism leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating future insights into successful commercial initiatives
