Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year commercialization timelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on industry disruption vectors
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership for resource allocation decisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related technical field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven 2020+ foresight experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on disruptive innovation trends
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
