Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biosynthesis technologies
- Facilitate C-level strategic workshops translating future trends into present-day opportunities
- Author white papers on sustainable innovation models for the 2026 economy
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping future-ready business models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related discipline
- 7+ years experience in corporate innovation, venture capital, or foresight consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
