- Champion 'future-back' thinking frameworks across 15+ product development teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present executive-level trend briefings to Board of Directors and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing Future Intelligence team
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
