Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact opportunities in exponential technologies
- Author thought leadership reports published in Future Tech Review and industry journals
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of published trend analysis in exponential technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Proficiency with AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
