Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy, aligning with company's 10-year vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry shifts and competitive threats
- Build scenarios for future market disruptions and formulate contingency plans
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives with 2026 commercialization targets
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
